LOVE the article !!! Its really a lack of if what this instrument we call the human body is in truth ! Not subjective truth (medical school/science) but more of comprehensive outlook and understanding…our genetics may be different for individual persons…but epigenetics (the environment determines the outcome)…as upright bipedal human beings we all have the same spinal engineering, we all have brain stem we all have a spinal cord we all have central nervous system that is used as a communication high way throughout the entire body…guess where the master switch is ? The brain stem youre c1/c2 vertabrae.This the foundation/structure of the body, then we get into the functional component (muscles/movement) the final component how to clean and maintain:..its a bit of a rabbit hole…yes the distrust is real and well deserved 🙏🏾

I don’t have a distrust for the medical field however I do wish that they had more conventional hours like on the weekends and evenings
